  • Before your visit, please arrive with clean skin free of makeup or skincare products. Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E for 24–48 hours prior, as these can increase bruising risk.
    If you’re receiving PRP or microneedling, drink plenty of water the day before and day of your appointment — hydration helps with plasma collection.
    If you’re receiving injectables, come well-rested and eat beforehand to avoid lightheadedness.

    Treatment times vary: injectables typically take 30–45 minutes, facials and PRP sessions may take 60–90 minutes.
